The Oklahoma Municipal Clerks, Treasurers and Finance Officials will proudly host the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) Region IV Annual Meeting December 4-6, 2008 in the Cox Convention Center in beautiful Downtown Oklahoma City.  (Registration Form)   The host hotel is the Renaissance Hotel which connects to the Cox Convention Center via a skywalk leading from the second floor and a unique underground concourse leading from the parking garage.  Each offer guests climate-controlled access to the convention center.  (Reserve your room now)  Region IV IIMC members from Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas will be in attendance, however all members are welcome.
