Please make plans to attend the 53rd Annual OMCTFOA Fall Conference October 21-23, 2009 on the beautiful Oklahoma State University Campus in Stillwater Oklahoma.  All sessions and activities wil be held in the Student Union.  The theme for the conference will be announced as soon as it is decided. 

EXCITING NEWS!!   If you're working toward your Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC), Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) or recertification, we're very happy to announce that two (2) sessions are being offered at this conference that will qualify for IIMC credits.  We hope to get the brochures in the mail sometime in August so when yours arrives, look for the sessions that qualify.

This conference is a great opportunity to not only increase your knowledge on topics that you use on a daily basis but also to build on your networking skills, which will most certainly come in handy when you're faced with a situation that you've not encountered before.  No matter what our tenure, we all have those situations from time to time.  Municipal Clerk's are the greatest friends in the world because we don't mind sharing our information.
